Personnel Coordinator

Rhonda_FroschRhonda Frosch is Personnel Coordinator at the Dallas County District Attorney’s office where she has worked for 20 years.

She assists department heads and supervisors in all aspects of the hiring process. Coordinates and assists employees with interpretation of programs, policies and procedures related to benefits, workers compensation, payroll, time and attendance. Acts as liaison between the central HR and the department. In addition, she coordinates department court orders for all promotions, salary increases, interoffice and departmental transfers, and ensures employees comply with all policy requirements.

Prior to working in the Administration Division with the District Attorney’s office, Ms. Frosch worked in the Juvenile and Appellate Divisions.
